Relaxing

It has been a few days since my last post. Of course, I am still getting my hands wrapped around blogging. I do have an update to my debt ticker. I paid $250 toward credit card..YIPEE!! It is weird to say but I am enjoying the fact that I am being responsible enough to pay debt first. I had a great weekend as well and spent quality time with boyfriend. We did a great job of limiting our spending. We actually went to sandwich shop for lunch which was a nice break for me and him both. It is so difficult to get time away when you are a single mother and oh did I mention my boyfriend is also a single father..WE have alot in common..

Ready Set Go

Okay, so I know that anyone that works a 8to5er understands the blues that you experience on Monday. While I had a slow start, I enjoyed a great lunch with a client (their treat). I actually got some great advice to start tennis and some great tips to start. I have been dying to take lessons but at little nervous at doing so. This is definitely a possibility for one of my goal for 2010. So I only have 4 more work days to go, I did post on Sat that I spent money at Target which I wouldn't be able to spend on lunch. That means I will be utilizing P&J for tomorrow along with fruit for lunch.

I did manage to spend $25 on a birthday gift which I did not account for on my budget...arrrggghh..

Beautiful start to a Sunday

Yesterday was such a great day, I spent the morning running errands and the evening enjoying some time with my son. In addition, I squeezed time in and paid all of the bills for the month of July 2010. I was able to squeeze in alittle shopping as well. I found a great pair of shoes and romper at Target. The romper was $9.98 and shoes were $13.98. What a great deal!! I will have to pack lunch for all the shopping that I have been doing :) I may start to post pics to get your input and thoughts. I may head to the pool today. Not sure as I need to finish some homework.

What a great feeling to venture into the world of blogging. I am excited at the possibilities as well as the purging of my daily thoughts, dreams, goals, and observations. I am currently following so many blogs and thought that I too would utilize it as a source to purge myself of the things I manage on a daily basis. I am not sure what the theme or main topics will be of my blog but there are endless possibilities which is the reason I decided to title my blog as Amerasian Dream.
